It’s a caveman themed electronic keno game. Look, a pterodactyl! Eggs are good! Caveman Keno requires little skill, questionable sobriety, and allowed betting units pretty much cover the entire range of possibilities. Also there’s usually a chair and game play speed is dictated by the player, not a dealer or a timer. In short, this is the quintessential DECAGONATHON game. You are still asking why Caveman Keno and not some generic other electronic keno? Go away, you are not welcome. If you are still here, hop over to the Competition Council’s favorite site for gaming info, The Wizard of Odds, and find out how Caveman Keno differs from other options.
