EI’s Nog is back. Nog. Nog. Nog.

20 years ago, Ellis Island made a batch of Nog big enough to share with sell to festive gamblers. We shared this Las Vegas Review-Journal review (who knew they reviewed things) of this soon to be traditional DECAGONATHON holiday treat in 2020. Cliff’s Notes: the recipe was yoinked from some traveler on a return trip from Calabria, not Tuscany.

Vegan? Oh, not for you, sorry. The dairy-based (what does that even mean?!?) batch includes 26,000 eggs and 950 liters of premium liquor. For the Imperial among us that’s 250.9 gallons. Assuming Las Vegas lives up to its chilly December forecast, the Competiton Council approves substituting Nog for your Frozen Baileys, if there is any Nog left on 12/20/2022.
