During the Competition Committee’s recent venue scouting excursion we took the normal escalator ride up to the second floor of the D. After both looking back to check our keno numbers on the world’s biggest keno board, and avoiding spit from the Slotzilla riders, we were horrified to walk in the door and not see our old friend Her Majesty Sigma Derby. Having only recently lost our low tea friend Queen Liz, we were shocked not immediately seeing Queen Sigma. Fortunately, Sigma Derby’s journey wasn’t across the Rainbow Bridge, instead she’s moved a few feet west closer to Canada. Who knew Canada was west from the D’s escalator? Anyone who was paying attention to the D’s 2nd floor renovation plans. Along with the new Canada Bar you’ll find Bacon Nation’s newest location nearby. We know some DECAGONATHONers who love bacon, so we expect this will be an approved change.
